Clear and simple: how billing and cancellation work, and why payments are non-refundable.
Billing
You’re billed at the plan you choose — monthly ($19.99/mo), every 3 months ($14.99/mo), or yearly ($9.99/mo). Billing starts the day you begin your search and renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. The quickest way to avoid any future charge is to cancel before your next renewal date.
All sales are final
Because we start searching and building your report as soon as you pay, all payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t give refunds for finding no results, for being unhappy with the results, for changing your mind, for not using the service, for forgetting to cancel, or for any unused part of a billing period.
Genuine billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same period, or hit a clear technical billing error, contact us and we’ll review it fairly. This is separate from the refund requests above, which we don’t offer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We may contest chargebacks using these terms and your usage records, and we may close accounts that file bad-faith disputes.
