Accepting these terms

By creating a search, subscribing, or making a payment, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CheaterBusting.

What the service is

CheaterBusting checks public or otherwise available dating-app information against the details you give us and produces a private report with confidence notes. We run the same checks on every app we support. We’re independent and not connected to any dating app; app names are used only to describe what we can check.

No guarantees, and no guaranteed results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that we will find any profile, match, or result. Finding nothing is a normal and valid outcome of a search — it does not mean the service failed, and it does not entitle you to a refund.

• We don’t guarantee that any profiles or matches will be found.
• We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result.
• A match or a confidence score is never proof that anyone is or isn’t cheating.
• You’re paying for the searching and monitoring we perform — not for a specific result or outcome.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Subscription and billing

CheaterBusting is a recurring subscription (monthly, every 3 months, or yearly) that automatically renews at your chosen rate until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the start of the period. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We may change pricing or plans, with future renewals charged at the then-current rate.

Refunds — all sales are final

Because we begin searching and building your report as soon as you pay, all payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, payments where we found no results, where you’re unhappy with the results, where you changed your mind, where you didn’t use the service, where you forgot to cancel, or for any unused part of a billing period. Cancelling prevents future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we’ll work with you. You agree to raise any billing concern with us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. We may respond to chargebacks by sharing these terms and your acceptance and usage records, and we may suspend or close accounts that file dishonest or bad-faith disputes.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the details you provide and for how you use any report. You agree to use CheaterBusting only for lawful reasons, only with information you’re allowed to use, and never to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm anyone (see our Acceptable Use Policy). Reports are for your personal information only and are not legal, financial, or relationship advice — any decision you make based on a report is yours alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheaterBusting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for emotional distress, lost time, or decisions made based on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
